Assassin’s Creed Book Order

So I got into Assassin’s Creed through the movie. Super weird, I know. I also know that the film was not that good, but it really got me wanting to try the video games, which is kind of the point, right?

Now, if you have binged all the video games and still want a little more, it’s time to try out the Assassin’s Creed books!

If you are new to Assassin’s Creed, the basis is that there is a historical setting that changed with each book while there is also a parallel modern-day story occurring as well. In the present-day story, there is always some reason they need to live through their ancestor’s life.

There is always a conflict between the secret societies of assassins and Templars which will lead you to meet a multitude of historical figures and stop the Templar’s plots.

The Last Descendants Trilogy

This is an all-new storyline that still includes the historical setting of the creed memories we love, but also brand new characters we have not yet seen in games. This is also a lot more of a modern-day story than many of the other books. Best of all, these books still have secret societies, which we all have come to love as a part of the Assassin’s Creed experience.

  2. Tomb of Khan
